February - A Valentines Dream...

I hope you are all good, wishing you a Happy Valentine's ….

 I can't quite believe that I've actually managed to blog twice in one month, go me...

So a quick post to share this make.

 I've created a vintage inspired panel, using lots of collage papers...

My inspiration for this piece were some vintage initial labels that I recently got from a local flea sale, J.H.... I knew I had to have them

I layered the photo booth photo with some Idea-ology ephemera, then added the

 J.H name tag to the photo,

around it I added a rusty wired circle to frame it

The background was create on a base board, I then added lots of layers of collage paper (Idea-ology)

I added crackle paint and oxides to get that distressed look.

I then added this large flower from Tim Holtz Assemblage and colored it with distress oxides,

this was all mounted onto some vintage lace.
