Guest Post for AALL & Create - Mini Tile journals

Hello Friends

I'm back today to share with you another Guest post for AALL & Create
I decided to create something that would be very spring like being as we are now finally in March.
(I really don't like January/February!)
(I will list the stamps/stencils at the end of the post)
I used some Stampbord tiles that I had stashed away and forgotten about to create the covers of the mini journals, they worked perfectly with the stamp.
(If you don't have any stampbord you can use any hard board/mountboard)
I stamped then embossed with embossing powders then added inks over the top
I create an accordion by folding papers then sewing and stencilling inside them
I added words to each journal

I used:
all by Autour de Mwa

I hope you like them!
Have a great weekend

Guest post for AALL & Create

Hello friends

Hope you are all good!

I decided to embrace more colour and create this mini handmade journal using watercolour paper.

To start, I whipped out my gel plate and made some prints using the Profusion stencil 84 by Olga Heldwein.  These prints would be cut up in to trims or shapes to add to the journal.
Next I took Tracy's Mesh stamp and inked it with distress inks that I gently spritzed with water to give a nice watercolour effect when stamped
I repeated the process using the other stamps by Tracy Evans
I then cut down my pages to create the journal and set about adding some of the cut up gel prints from earlier, I also added some extra tags and text papers.
To finish I added some stitching

Guest Post for AALL & Create

Hello friends

Using some of the new releases!
Today I'm using this lovely house stamp set by Janet Klein called Homebody 283
(I will list all the stamps at the end of the post)

I was inspired by Tracy Evans to create an accordion card, (pop over to see Tracy's blog here
using these cute house stamps
I started by using my gel plate to create a background, then
I added stamps from Tracey Evans called Fungus 275 along with the stamp 307 Overlapping
I then did some reverse stencil printing on the 'Homebody' signs using
stencil 87 by Abs called Totally Dotty
I then went in with more paints and ink to highlight areas of the houses
I hope you like how I used them

As always feel free to leave a comment, great to know you popped by
bye for now
